Security issues with hardware and software of new BMW Motorrad ConnectedRide Navigators purchased in the UK can be reported via: customer.service@bmw.co.uk

Customers will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their report of security issues within 48 hours and a first status update usually within 7 working days.
