What You Can Expect
We want you to be 100% happy with your experience at a Motorrad Centre. We’ll provide you with a quote before any service work is performed and in many cases our Retailers will inform you of any additional work required using the latest video technology – allowing you to make a decision before the work commences.
Recalls & Outstanding Campaigns
We check every bike for any outstanding factory recalls or campaigns every time your bike is booked in for a service. These will be carried out free of charge.
Highly-Skilled Technicians
All work is carried out in accordance with BMW recommended motorcycle service schedules and warranty conditions. Our Technicians are specially trained at a purpose-built Training Academy to equip them with the necessary skills and expertise to diagnose, service and repair BMW motorcycles.
Complimentary Visual Health Check
We will carry out a free of charge comprehensive visual health check when your bike is being serviced. The condition of all critical components and safety related items are checked including brakes, suspension and tyres.
Alternative Transportation
We can offer you alternative transport options when your bike is in for a service. Please discuss your requirements when booking a service with your Retailer.

We’re here to guarantee your BMW gets the best care possible.
No matter whether we're replacing a part, or completing an MOT check, our specially trained technicians will do so with precision and expertise. Using only BMW Motorrad approved parts and lubricants, we ensure your steed is in tip-top condition, with all fitted parts receiving a two year warranty to give you extra peace of mind.

Why do I need an MOT?
Your motorcycle needs an MOT test three years after its registration, and annually after that. It’s required by law to ensure that your motorcycle meets safety requirements as well as environmental standards, so you can keep driving happy. Come to us and we’ll give you the official VT20 certificate when your BMW passes its MOT.
